Sanding

If your existing wood floor has seen its better days Robar Flooring can bring back the original appearance by sanding and re-finishing. The process begins with assessing the damages and proceeding with repairs as necessary before the floor is sanded down. 

Our state of the art sanding equipment ensures minimum dusting. The floor is sanded until all the original finish is gone, wood filler is applied and floor is buffed until smooth. At this point the stain is applied or the natural wood colour is retained. Finally, the floor is finished with coats of polyurethane or water base finish in choices of satin, semi-gloss or high-gloss.
